Founding Partners
is an attorney-at-law with over 11 years of experience in handling a wide variety of commercial disputes, often with a cross-border element. He specialises in working with international entities, particularly those in the financial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
Adrian has unique experience in collaborating with organisations involved in third-party funding. He advises clients on securing funding for disputes, as well as dedicated litigation funds and their investors. He is also at the forefront of pursuing claims through different group proceedings.
As the first in Poland, he provided counsel to funds and investors in a complex litigation finance investment in mass tort litigation in consumer claims within the banking sector.
He also acts in matters involving civil fraud and asset tracing and recovery spanning across different jurisdictions.
is an attorney-at-law with over 12 years of experience in competition and consumer protection law, gained at both Polish and international law firms. He is a member of the Board of the Competition Law Association.
He represents clients in court and administrative proceedings before the UOKiK, the European Commission, and courts, including cases related to anti-competitive practices (public/private enforcement) and merger control.
He has been involved in landmark projects, including proceedings concerning the inability to appeal the UOKiK President’s search authorization, which resulted in a ruling by the Constitutional Tribunal declaring it unconstitutional. His experience also covers international trade law (WTO), including anti-dumping proceedings before the European Commission.
is an attorney-at-law with over 12 years of experience in Polish and EU competition law, antitrust law, and consumer protection law.
His expertise spans merger control, the antitrust implications of business collaborations and unilateral actions by dominant entities, abuse of bargaining power, unfair market practices, violations of collective consumer interests and representing the claimants in private enforcement cases.
Damian provides counsel on M&A transactions, assists in the implementation of compliance programs, reviews sales and marketing strategies, conducts audits, and supports clients during investigations and searches by antitrust authorities.
He regularly represents businesses in proceedings before the UOKiK and in landmark appellate court cases with precedent-setting potential. Additionally, he conducts training sessions on competition and consumer protection law.
